Residential Life's latest proposal seeks to increase the scope of dorm arrangements to include heterosexual men and women to live together in the dorm.
An Iowa man was arrested at the Hamline bookstore on March 3 on suspicion of shoplifting. According to the Safety and Security report, he was apprehended by St. Paul Police at Minnehaha Avenue and Asbury Street after fleeing the scene on foot.
